I want to commend Maria who was extremely helpful in getting us a room that didn’t have a noisy air conditioner. She was polite and professional and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was also good and we like the rooms at Hyatt Place
The customer service was good. Jay and Larisa at the front desk was very nice, pleasant and helpful. Sharica in the breakfast area was nice and pleasant. She also provided good customer service.

Awesome room. Most comfortable bed of any hotel I've stayed in.
Breakfast was very good. The hotel is under renovation at present time. Construction material and stacked outside. We were in room that has been updated and was very nice. Our stay there was very nice. Not knowing the area, I was glad I had our GPS to drive to the location.
